We want to establish the most advanced and exemplary relations with Turkic Republics, to which we are historically, culturally, and morally connected, based on fundamental principles. To this end, we will advance bilateral relations as well as our cooperation within organizations. We will look for opportunities for new and advanced economic and cultural cooperation. Our basin of culture and belief that extends from Adriatic to the Wall of China should be adorned, and deservedly so, with a web of accurate and healthy relations. Such relations will have positive impact on regional and world peace.
